Place your beans, tomatoes, salsa, corn, onions and carrots in the slow cooker. Brown the ground beef and then add it in with the other ingredients in the crockpot. Stir all the contents together. Place your crockpot on low for about 8 hours.

Thoroughly rub the steak with peppercorn seasoning. Set aside in an airtight container in the refridgerator for 2 to 6 hours. (I let mine sit for 8 hours, because I love the way the peppercorn seasoning infuses the meat with flavor…)
